- Oversee financial aspect of the business
- Provide financial reports on business functions and operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, guidelines and procedures
- Achieve and advised on budgeting goals and status
- Help develop and support short and long term financial strategies.
- Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
- Complete month end financial assessments
- Establish (in coordination with the president) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Comply with and enforce all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Safety Department, as well as assess immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
